Version 2026-09-16-draft · Local evaluation policy. Final provider and business details must be published before production use.

Your number is yours.

Scanning a QR does not automatically reveal a visitor’s mobile number. The visitor form does not ask for a phone number. Any personal details a visitor types into their message are visible to the owner. An owner’s alert number is never part of the public QR or form.

What is stored

The service stores owner identity and consent, QR settings, submitted messages and any contact details supplied with them, delivery state, and coverage records. Owner messages and exports require an authenticated session and account authorization.

How long it stays

Messages are retained for up to 90 days. Saved QR settings remain for at least 13 months after lapse so existing printouts can work after renewal. Explicit closure removes local QR content and retains a minimal permanent code tombstone to prevent reassignment.

Local preview

Local verification and delivery do not send data to Twilio or Stripe. The preview is not intended for sensitive or production data. Provider disclosures, legally required record retention, backup deletion, and support contact are release prerequisites.
