Report misuse of a QR code

QR LUV does not permit phishing, impersonation, malware, spam, or requests for passwords, login verification codes, payment card secrets, recovery phrases, or identity documents through QR Notify.

Hosted pages and forms are created by QR LUV users. A QR LUV address does not mean that we endorse their content. We may restrict content or accounts that misuse the service. You can also use this form to request review of a restriction.

We store safety reports privately for review. Closed reports are normally removed after 90 days. When destination screening is enabled, complete owner-provided destination URLs may be sent to Google Web Risk. Avoid putting private information or access tokens in public destination URLs. Private visitor messages are not sent to that screening service.
